At A1exo, we’re excited to get your merch to you as fast as possible. All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled from our production partners in the United States (with additional facilities available worldwide for faster international delivery).

Processing & Production Time

Orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

During busy periods or new releases, production may take up to 7 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the production facility.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL depending on your location and chosen shipping speed.

Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, items, and weight.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — holidays, weather, or carrier delays may affect arrival.

Free Shipping on U.S./Canada/Europe orders over $100 (before tax)

Free Shipping on International (Rest of World) orders over $1 (before tax)

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track it through the link in your confirmation email or on our site under “Order Status.”

International Orders

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees in your country. These are not included in the shipping price.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Issues

If your package shows as lost for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at [email protected].

For damaged items, please reply to your order confirmation email with clear photos within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

We stand behind our products and will resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order only before it enters production.

Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled. Please contact us right away if you need to make a change.
